HOW TO OVERCOME DIFFICULT TIMES

Challenges are never meant to deter us but to make us stronger, wiser, and more knowledgeable. Each difficult moment we overcome makes us tougher than before. "Life is not a bed of roses". We live in a changing world. There will certainly be good times and rough times. Problems are challenges that needs to be solved. Agitation during challenges leads one to missing vital details of how to solve the problem. Be cool, calm and collected, no panicking when solving any problem. In difficult times we need an energy that is greater than ours. Remember the quote "In times of trouble do not forget thy creator". The Almighty is our Creator and our Father, and no loving father will ever allow his child to be consumed by danger especially when such child calls for his help. The father would quickly respond to save his child from such problem. Trouble times calls for calmness and reasoning rather than nervousness. Other ways of coping with trouble moments include: Prayer: Prayer is a moment of connection with the Almighty Father. During this time our problems, wishes, concerns, gratitude are made known to our Heavenly Father. Similarly do not forget the company of true friends, they could also be helpful in difficult times offering guidance, and providing backing. Hard Times always reveal true friends. “True friends are those who came into your life, saw the most negative part of you, but are not ready to leave you, no matter how contagious you are to them.”
Prayer time is similar to a picture of a little kid who goes to his earthly father to ask for help or to thank him for his support. Help is always available to all those who seek. This proof is recorded in the bible: "Ask, it shall be given: seek and you shall find, knock, and it shall be open unto you". Mathew 7:7. But it is not just enough to pray, our prayer must be followed by positive action. Learning from other people experience is a positive way of overcoming our challenges. There is no challenge that is new on earth, somebody somewhere must have gone through the same experience. See how these people overcame their challenges, get some inspiration from their success, believe in yourself and take a step of faith. In our communities today, we have different groups, societies, organizations, providing help and services to people with similar problems and needs. The fundamental function of these groups is to provide knowledge aim at supporting those in need.
The right attitude is necessary to overcome every challenging moment. It is a fact that there will always be difficult moments but how we deal with such moment is a factor of how we have built and develop ourselves, emotionally, physically, spiritually and intellectually for such moments
